How NISAWORX Began

NISAWORX started as a small, hands-on team supporting environmental and support service departments that needed a reliable partner, not just another vendor. We saw how much pressure facilities teams were under to maintain safety, cleanliness, and service quality with limited time and resources—and we built our model to stand in that gap.

From those early days, we've focused on doing the basics exceptionally well: show up on time, deliver consistent work, communicate clearly, and take ownership when something needs to be fixed. That mindset allowed us to grow from individual site support into a trusted partner for multi-site organizations across Florida and beyond.

As our client relationships deepened, NISAWORX expanded from core housekeeping and environmental services into broader workforce and support solutions. Today, we serve hospitals, senior living communities, hospitality properties, schools, and commercial facilities with integrated programs that include environmental services, staffing, and specialized support roles.
